Between 1824 and 1845, the fight for Texas Independence and statehood spawned numerous battle flags. Starting with the last foreign flag to fly over Texas soil in 1824 and ending with the 1845 United States Flag that includes a star for the State of Texas, each has a courageous and romantic tale to tell. Our eight flags document this important part of our state's history. All the flags are professionally framed in barn wood and measure approximately 41"W x 30"H, except the Dodson Flag, which is 42 1/2"W x 18"H.
